Affected Events at the Orchard Theatre
Events before September 2026 will now take place at the Orchard West theatre. We will also contact all affected customers regarding events beyond this date, extending through the end of January 2027.

Events since 6 September 2023 have been affected by the essential works that has closed the Orchard Theatre.
With over 22,000 affected tickets, it will take a little time to work through the affected events while we either move the event to Orchard West, reschedule to a new date, or as a last resort: cancel the event.
As soon as the status of your event is confirmed we will be in touch.

Refunded = If we can refund back to your original card we did. For non-card payments, we'll be in touch by phone to process your refund (please bear with us as we work through the volume of ticket holders).
Pending = We're attempting to move the event to Orchard West. As soon as we know we'll be in touch by email.
Moved to Orchard West = This event has moved to Orchard West. You will be issued new tickets by email.
Moved to XXX = We have secured a new date for this event. Ticket holders would have been contacted with details. If you cannot make the new date, Contact us to explore your options.
