# Bradford Live Venue and Entry Information
## Essential visitor information for guests attending events at Bradford Live
###  Can I bring a bag into the venue?
Small bags are permitted, provided they are no larger than **30cm x 20cm x 10cm** (approximately A4 size).
Rucksacks, suitcases, and larger items of luggage are not permitted.
Exceptions may be made for:
- Baby changing bags
- Essential medical equipment and supplies

### Does Bradford Live have a cloakroom?
No. Bradford Live does not have a cloakroom facility and cannot securely store coats, bags, luggage, or other personal belongings.
Visitors are advised not to bring items that cannot be taken into the venue.

### Are professional cameras, tablets, and laptops allowed?
No. The following items are not permitted inside the venue:
- Professional camera equipment
- Tablets
- Laptops
These restrictions help maintain the safety and security of all guests.

### Where can I store bags, laptops, or other prohibited items?
As Bradford Live does not offer storage facilities, visitors should make alternative arrangements before arriving.
Some nearby businesses and hotels may offer storage or locker services. Visitors may also find the InPost locker finder useful when looking for nearby storage options.

### What other items are not permitted inside the venue?
The following items are prohibited:
- Sharp or pointed objects, including knives
- Personal protection sprays
- Fireworks and flares
- Spray paint and hazardous liquids or gases
- Large flags, banners, rattles, and klaxons
- Chalk dust or powder substances
- Confetti and glitter bombs
- Alcohol
- Glass bottles and drinking glasses
- Cable ties, chains, padlocks, or glue
- Laptops and tablets
- Professional camera equipment
- Food or drink purchased outside the venue (unless required for medical reasons)
Large golf umbrellas are also not permitted inside the venue. Umbrella stands may be available at the entrance; however, any items left are done so entirely at the owner's risk.

### Are bag searches carried out on entry?
Yes. Bag and person searches may be conducted before entry.
By attending the venue, guests agree to comply with the venue's terms and conditions of entry, which may include security searches.

### What are the Box Office opening times?
The Box Office opens **one hour before the event start time**, when the venue opens to visitors.

### Can I pay with cash?
No. Bradford Live operates as a **cashless venue**.
Payments at the Box Office and bars can be made using:
- Contactless payment
- Debit cards
- Credit cards
- American Express is not accepted
Please note that cash may still be required for some off-site services, such as parking or merchandise sold by third parties.

### Can I bring my own food and drink?
Food and drink purchased outside the venue cannot normally be brought inside.
- An exception may be made where there is a genuine medical requirement. If you need to bring food or drink for medical reasons, please contact the Box Office before your visit so the Front of House team can be informed in advance.
- Sealed bottles of water up to 500ml, along with empty reusable drink containers made from plastic or other non-metallic, non-glass materials, may be brought into the venue.

### Is food available at Bradford Live?
Bar snacks such as crisps, chocolate, etc are available for all events. For certain events, hot food options will be available. Information on this will be provided on pre-show emails and on our socials.

### Is there seating in the bar areas?
Due to high visitor footfall, seating is not available in the bar areas.
The auditorium is typically opened at the same time as the venue, allowing guests to take purchased drinks to their seats where permitted.

### Can I bring medication into the venue?
Yes. Medication can be brought into the venue where required.
Medication may need to be checked by the venue's authorised medical team upon arrival. To help make entry as smooth as possible, visitors are encouraged to notify the Box Office before attending if they will be bringing medication with them.
