# Bridge Theatre - Access List
## The Access List is a free scheme for customers with accessibility needs attending the Bridge Theatre in London.
### What is the Access List?
Benefits:
- **Seat locations and support relevant to your needs**
- **Discounted tickets**
- **Priority booking**
#### Discounted tickets for Pride
Access List members can buy up to two tickets priced at £101 or less, for just £30 (or £31.50 for peak performances).
- **Off-peak:** Monday–Thursday.
- Excludes: 15–20 Feb, 29 March–10 April.
- **Peak:** Friday & Saturday, and Mon–Sat performances 15–20 Feb, 29 March–10 April.
If an essential companion is required, then the ticket for the essential companion will be complimentary.
#### Priority booking
Access List members are guaranteed Advance Sale access to all new productions 24 hours before General Sale to ensure that you are able to book tickets that best suit your needs.
### How to join our Access List
You can sign up to our Access List online, by telephone (0333 320 0051) or in person.

### Making your first Access booking
Access List members should log in before selecting tickets. The tickets will show as full price on the seating plan, as the Access Rate applies when the tickets are added to your basket.

### Booking audio described performances
We have a reserved allocation of seats that are easily accessible and close to the stage.
If you have ticked the box labelled “Audio description for blind and sight impaired” when signing up to our Access List, you will be able to select seats from this allocation.
Audio description is relayed via our Sennheiser audio enhancement devices, available to be collected from the theatre cloakroom with headphones or induction neck loops, which allow you to choose between audio description, assisted listening, or both.
We aim to offer a free touch tour for every audio described performance. Attending a touch tour is a chance to visit the set, feel the props, and enhance your enjoyment of the show.

### Booking captioned performances
We have a reserved allocation of seats which give a clear view of the caption screens and are close to the stage.
If you have ticked the box labelled “Captions for deaf, deafened and hard of hearing people” when signing up to our Access List, you will be able to select seats from this allocation.

### Booking a BSL Interpreted performance
We have a reserved allocation of seats with a clear view of the interpreter that are close to the stage.
These are marked with the BSL symbol on the seating plan when you book tickets for a BSL performance directly through our website.
You may need to get in touch with our access team in order to adjust the settings on your account to allow you to book these seats, but once that is done, you’ll be able to book online for future BSL performances.

### Access List Terms & Conditions
The Access List allows customers with access requirements and their companions to purchase ticket(s) at the disabled concessionary rate (subject to availability). It also aims to assist our access customers in booking tickets and helps us to understand their specific needs.
The Access List allows for one booking on the access rate per production.
The Access List is open to anyone who is restricted in their ability to access the services provided at The Bridge Theatre. Proof of eligibility is required to join and customers who intentionally give false information will be removed from the Access List. We may review, amend or withdraw the Access List scheme at any time.
By joining the Access List, you agree that any ticket(s) made available at the concessionary rate will only be used by a disabled person (as defined by the Equality Act 2010) and their companion. We reserve the right to check proof of eligibility at the theatre and, in the event that valid proof of eligibility is not provided, refuse any such ticketholders admission or ask such ticketholders to leave. We reserve the right to require you to re-apply for the Access List after review and to withdraw membership of the Access List if your eligibility changes, or if we reasonably suspect that you or your companion(s) are abusing the Access List.
If you wish to book a ticket on behalf of someone who has an access requirement, then you may join the Access List yourself and give details of the requirements for your guest or dependant.
