# How do I access my e-tickets?

## Your e-tickets are available to download as soon as your payment is complete.

We will send you an **Order confirmation** email once your order has been completed.

This email includes a link to the page where you can:

- Download your e-tickets
- Store them in a virtual wallet
- Share them with a guest
- Set a calendar reminder for your event

 If you do not receive your email, please make sure to check your **junk/spam folder.** 

 

E-tickets can also be accessed from the receipt in your online account.
