How to Confirm Your Booking Details

  • Check Your Email: Look for a confirmation email related to your booking. This email typically contains details about the date, time, and any additional arrangements made. Your email will be sent from tickets@trafalgar.global

    • If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, check your spam or junk folder.
    • If you still cannot locate your email check your online account where you can also download your tickets
  • Provide Additional Information: If your booking cannot be found please get in touch and be prepared to provide:

    • The full name and address under which the tickets were booked.
    • The event and venue details.
    • Any alternative email addresses that may have been used for the booking.
