# How to Confirm Your Booking Date and Time

## Confirm your booking date and time easily by checking your email confirmation or visiting your online account.

### How to Confirm Your Booking Details

- **Check Your Email**: Look for a confirmation email related to your booking. This email typically contains details about the date, time, and any additional arrangements made. Your email will be sent from **tickets@trafalgar.global**
  
    - If you do not receive a confirmation email after booking, check your spam or junk folder
    - If you still cannot locate your email check your online account where you can also download your tickets

- **Provide Additional Information**: If your booking cannot be found please [get in touch](https://help.trafalgartickets.com/knowledge/contacting-us?hsLang=en) 
  
    - We may ask for information needed to locate your booking, such as the booking name, email address or booking reference
    - If you are not the individual listed as the booker, unfortunately, we won't be able to provide assistance with your enquiry
