If your tickets were purchased through an agency, please reach out to them directly for any enquiries you may have.
We will be happy to assist with any general queries about your visit to the venue; however, please note that we will not have access to your order details or ticket information.
For any questions regarding your tickets, including the status of your e-tickets, you will need to contact your point of purchase.
If you are unsure who you purchased your tickets from please check your bank statement. Any transactions made with us will appear as Trafalgar Tickets on your statement.
