I cannot find my e-tickets.

If you're having trouble locating your e-tickets, don't worry! We're here to assist you in finding them and can resend them if needed.

Order confirmation emails are sent as soon as your purchase is complete and contain the link to access your e-tickets.

If you cannot locate your Order confirmation please check your junk or spam folder first.

If you cannot find the email in your junk folder or if it has been cleared, we recommend that you log in to your online account.

Once logged in simply visit the Account section and click View Receipt to access your Order Confirmation.

From here, you can easily download your tickets or add them to your virtual wallet.

If you are still having trouble locating your tickets please get in touch by phone, email or contact form or you can visit the Box-Office upon arrival for your event where the venue team can print your tickets.

If your tickets were purchased via an agency please contact them directly for assistance.

E-tickets are sent to you by Trafalgar Tickets. To ensure you receive all important emails from us, please consider adding tickets@trafalgartickets.com and tickets@trafalgar.global to your address book.

Please note you may have more than one junk folder depending on your device and email provider. You may also find your email confirmation in your Other folder rather than your Focused folder
