I cannot find my e-tickets.
If you're having trouble locating your e-tickets, don't worry! We're here to assist you in finding them and can resend them if needed.
Order confirmation emails are sent as soon as your purchase is complete and contain the link to access your e-tickets.
First, please check your junk or spam folder. We recommend marking as not spam, so you get future messages.
If not found in your email spam folder, you can download tickets from my account:
Once logged in simply visit the Account section and click View Receipt to access your Order Confirmation. From here, you can easily download your tickets or add them to your virtual wallet.

E-tickets are sent to you by Trafalgar Tickets. To ensure you receive all important emails from us, please add tickets@trafalgar.global to your address book and check your email settings to ensure that emails are not being blocked.
- Ensure that the email address used for the ticket purchase is correct. If you suspect an error, you can contact customer support to verify the email address associated with your order.
- The confirmation email with your tickets may have been sent to your junk or spam folder. It's advisable to check all folders, as some email providers may have multiple junk folders.
- If you are still having trouble locating your tickets please get in touch by phone, email or contact form
- If you are unable to retrieve your tickets before the event, the venue box-office team can assist you by printing your tickets when you arrive.
Purchased via an agency (like Ticketmaster)?
