I have not received my e-tickets
If you cannot locate your tickets, be sure to check your junk or spam folder for your Order confirmation.
Order confirmation emails are sent as soon as your purchase is complete and contain the link to access your e-tickets.
Your email will be sent to you by Trafalgar Tickets. To ensure you receive all important emails from us, please add tickets@trafalgartickets.com to your address book.
If you opted to create an online account, you also have the option to download your tickets or add them to your wallet from the website.
Once logged in simply visit the Account section and click View Receipt to access your Order Confirmation.
If you require further assistance, please get in touch or visit the Box-Office upon arrival for your event where the venue team can print your tickets.
Please note you may have more than one junk folder depending on your device and email provider. You may also find your email confirmation in your Other folder rather than your Focused folder
