# What is a chilled performance?

## A Chilled Performance is designed for customers who would benefit from a more relaxed approach to audience behaviour during a performance.

**What Can Customers Expect?**

**The performance itself remains unchanged, but the auditorium environment is more flexible and welcoming for those who may find a traditional theatre setting challenging.**

During a chilled performance:

- Audience members can enter and leave the auditorium throughout the show if needed.
- Movement and noise are accepted and understood as part of the experience.
- Theatre staff are aware that the audience may require a more relaxed environment.
- The atmosphere is less formal than a standard performance.
- The show, cast, costumes, lighting, and script remain the same unless otherwise stated.
