Tickets are non-refundable as detailed in our Terms & Conditions
Exceptions to this policy are cancelled and rescheduled events:
- If your event has been cancelled, we will process a refund directly to the payment method you originally used.
- If your event has been rescheduled, you will be emailed with your options.
