My event was cancelled, when should I expect a refund?

Refunds can take approximately 10 days to appear on your statement. If it takes longer please contact your bank for assistance.

Refunds are processed automatically when an event is cancelled.

Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email once it has been processed.

As long as your account is still active, we can automatically process your refund, even if you have received a new card with different numbers, hold another account with the same provider, or if your card number remains the same but the expiry date has been updated.

If you purchased your tickets by phone or in person your refund will be processed manually, and it may be necessary for the venue to contact you.
