When should I expect my refund?

If your event was cancelled it may take a few days for your refund to be processed.

The refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email once it has been processed.

If your account is still active, we can automatically process your refund, even if you have received a new card with different numbers, hold another account with the same provider, or if your card number remains the same but the expiry date has been updated.

If you have closed your account and are no longer associated with the provider, please contact us .

It can take approximately 10 days for the refund to reflect in your account. If not received within the expected time frame, please contact your bank for assistance.
