Refunds are processed automatically when an event is cancelled. Please allow 3-5 working days for the refund to reach you.
Your refund will be credited back to your original payment method, and you will be notified via email once it has been processed.
As long as your account is still active, we can automatically process your refund, even if you have received a new card with different numbers, hold another account with the same provider, or if your card number remains the same but the expiry date has been updated.
If you purchased your tickets by phone or in person your refund will be processed manually, and it may be necessary for the venue to contact you.
If you have not received your refund within the expected period, please contact your bank or card provider for an update.
