How will you contact me if my event is postponed or cancelled?

If your event has been postponed we will contact you by email and SMS.

Occasionally, events may be postponed at the last minute due to circumstances outside of our control. 

We recognise that you might already be on your way to the event, and we will make every effort to reach you via email and SMS

To ensure you receive any important updates, please verify that your contact information is correct. You can manage your personal contact details in your online account.

We also recommend adding tickets@trafalgar.global to your address book and checking your junk/spam folder for any missed emails.
