Can I exchange my tickets?
Yes! You can exchange your tickets within the same performance or choose a different date for the same event if available.
We’re happy to assist with your ticket exchange. Please get in touch if you’d like to proceed.
A fee of £5.00 will be charged for each order that is exchanged.
Please be aware that we can only provide direct assistance to the person listed as the booker. If you are not the booker, kindly have them reach out to us for support.
Exchanges are free for Priority Live members.
*Please note that exchanges may not be available for every event or ticket purchase.
