Information regarding shout-outs.

Many of our pantomime venues offer audience shout-outs as part of the performance. If you would like to request a shout-out, we recommend speaking directly to theatre staff on the day of your visit, as arrangements are managed by the venue and are subject to availability.

If you contact us in advance by email or through our contact form, we may be able to pass your request to the relevant venue. To facilitate your request, we may share details such as the recipient's name, the occasion, the performance date and your booking reference with the theatre hosting the performance.

Please only provide information that is necessary for your request and do not include sensitive personal information.

• Shout-outs are subject to availability and are offered at the discretion of the venue and performance team
• Submission of a request does not guarantee that a shout-out will be made.
• Any information included in a shout-out may be announced publicly during the performance.
• In most cases, the quickest and most reliable way to arrange a shout-out is to speak with theatre staff when you arrive at the venue.
