Are concessions available for my event?
Some events offer discounted tickets (concessions), but availability varies by show, venue and performance. If concessions are available, they will be displayed as a ticket option during the booking process when selecting your tickets.

Senior Available for customers aged 60 years and over

Child Available for children aged 18 months to 15 years, unless otherwise stated for a specific event

Student Available to customers with a valid student ID, which may be requested when attending the event

Family Tickets Typically valid for a group of four people, including at least one child under 16. The exact family ticket criteria may vary by event
Other Concessions
Where available, additional discounts may be offered for:
- Group Discounts
- School Discounts
- Priority Live Members
- Low-Income Advantage Card holders
- Unwaged customers
These options will appear during seat selection if they are available for your chosen event.
Can't see a concession option?
If a concession type is not displayed during booking, it is not currently available for that performance. Concession availability is determined by the event organiser and may vary between performances of the same show.
