To cancel the renewal of your Priority Live membership, please log into your online account, find your membership details in the account section, and follow the steps outlined below:
In your account online you will see the option to cancel your renewal in grey.
To cancel your renewal, simply click on the Cancel Renewal option. A pop-up will then appear, displaying the expiration date of your membership and prompting you to confirm your decision to proceed.
Finally you will receive confirmation from tickets@trafalgartickets.com that this has been completed.
