To cancel the renewal of your Priority Live membership, please log into your online account, and follow the steps outlined below:
Once logged in go to Your Memberships and click on the Cancel Renewal option.
A pop-up will then appear, displaying the expiration date of your membership and prompting you to confirm your decision to proceed.
Finally you will receive email confirmation from tickets@trafalgartickets.com that your membership renewal has been cancelled.
*Your membership will remain active until the expiry date
