What time should I arrive for my event?
Our theatres are excited to welcome you! All our venues open their doors at least 60 minutes before curtain up, giving you ample time to relax and enjoy a drink from the bar.
Auditorium doors will typically open 30 minutes before the show begins, allowing you time to find your seat and settle in.
If you're attending a standing event, we may open the doors earlier to accommodate attendees.
If your ticket only mentions the door time, don’t hesitate to check our website closer to your event for the confirmed start time.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your event, as we want to make sure you don’t miss anything, and we may not always be able to let latecomers in straight away.
If there are any special guidelines or restrictions regarding admission for your event, don’t worry - you’ll receive all the details at the time of booking.
*Venues that have a day time cafe may close earlier in the afternoon. Box-office and bars will then open 60 minutes before curtain up.
