What to do when you don't receive a password reset email

This article explains simple steps you can take when you request a password reset but do not receive the reset email.

Please note that you will only receive a password reset email if an account already exists for that email address. If you have not previously created an account, you can set one up after selecting your seats.

  1. Check all email folders
    • After requesting the reset, check every folder in your email account (for example: Inbox, Spam/Junk, Promotions, Updates, and any other custom folders) to see whether the reset email was delivered.
  1. Request another password reset
    • If you’ve requested a reset and confirmed you don’t see the email after checking all folders, repeat the reset request from the login page to trigger a new reset message. 
  2. Check if you have tickets in your basket
    • If you already have tickets in your basket, you should still be able to request a password reset. However, to avoid any issues, we always recommend logging in before selecting your seats.
