My event has been postponed what happens next?

If your event has been rescheduled we will contact you by email with a new date once it is confirmed.

Please keep an eye out for an email titled Important Information - Rescheduled Performance.

Your existing tickets will remain valid for the new date so if you are able to attend then there's nothing more you need to do.

If you cannot attend the new date then please get in touch as soon as possible.

If you do not receive your email, please check your junk or spam folder before contacting us. We recommend adding tickets@trafalgar.global to your address book.
