When do tickets go on sale?
Ticket release dates vary by production. Some shows may also have priority booking periods for members before tickets go on general sale.
Can I exchange or refund my tickets?
Ticket exchanges and refunds are subject to the terms and conditions of your booking. Please contact us if you need assistance with an existing order.
How will I receive my tickets?
Most tickets are delivered digitally and can be accessed through your booking account or confirmation email.

What if a performance is sold out?
Availability can change as returns and additional inventory are released. Check the event page regularly for the latest availability.

How do I get to Bridge Theatre?
Bridge Theatre is located near Tower Bridge in London and is well served by public transport. We recommend checking your journey before travelling. Detailed information can be found on our Parking and Travel FAQ
Is food and drink available?
Yes. Food and drink options are available at the venue before performances and during intervals where applicable.
The Bridge Theatre bar is well stocked with a variety of beers, wines and soft drinks, and offer sweet and savoury food from St. JOHN.
The One Tower Bridge development also houses numerous restaurants of varying price and range.
Is there a cloakroom?
Bridge Theatre has a complimentary cloakroom, located at street-level, towards the back of the foyer.
The cloakroom will be open at 17:45 on a single show day and at 12:45 on a matinee show day.
Please do not bring any larger bags, luggage, folding bicycles or e-scooters as the venue is unable to safely store them.
Please note cloakroom availability may vary by production and operational requirements.
Can I take photos or videos?
Photography and filming is not permitted in the auditorium but you are welcome to take pictures in the foyer.

Lost Property
If you have lost an item in the building, please email stagedoor@bridgetheatre.co.uk to check whether it has been handed in and to arrange collection from Stage Door during our opening hours. Please note that any unclaimed items will be disposed of after 30 days.

Age Restrictions
The Bridge Theatre does not publish specific age recommendations for all shows. If there is a restriction this will be listed on the individual production page. Children under age of 16 must be accompanied by a ticket holder aged 18+.
Children under 5 cannot be admitted into the auditorium. We do not allow babes in arms.
What happens if I arrive late?
Late admission and readmission policies vary by production and may be restricted once a performance is underway.
If you have an accessibility requirement that may mean leaving the auditorium during a performance, please speak to a member of staff before the show begins. Staff will be happy to discuss the available options and will make every effort to readmit you at an appropriate time.

Does Bridge Theatre have a membership scheme?
