Can I have a refund?

Tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded after purchase unless your event is cancelled, abandoned, rescheduled or where there is a material change to the event.

If your event has been cancelled or rescheduled, you will be emailed with your options.

If you have purchased ticket protection and wish to make a claim, please contact Secure My Booking.

If you have purchased tickets via a third-party ticketing agency you will need to contact them directly.
