I haven't received my tickets

Order confirmation emails are sent as soon as your purchase is complete. If you cannot locate the email, be sure to check your junk or spam folder.

Your email confirmation contains a link to a page where you can download your tickets. Clicking the Show Order / Download Tickets button will open a new page where you can view your receipt and download your tickets.

Your tickets can be saved to your mobile device's wallet, printed at home, or forwarded to your guests.

If you do not receive the email, please make sure to check your junk/spam folder. It is possible that there may be more than one junk folder depending on your device and email provider.

If you opted to create an account, you also have the option to download your tickets by logging into the venue's website. Simply navigate to the Account section and look for your order to find the download button for your tickets.
