I cannot use my tickets; can I get a refund?
Tickets are non-refundable, as detailed in our Terms and Conditions.
It may be possible to exchange your tickets to another date of the same performance.
If you are interested in exchanging tickets please contact us with at least 48 hours notice.

If you purchased TicketPlan Refund Protection you may be eligible for a refund based on your providers coverage.

If your event has been cancelled, we will process a refund directly to the payment method you originally used.
